We want learners to be confident that Elevate AI is the right fit before committing to a programme.

6-week cohort programme

You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase if you have attended the first two live sessions and decide the programme is not right for you. Requests should be sent to hello@elevateai.com.ng with the name and email used at registration.

Other programmes and services

Breakout courses, 1-on-1 sessions, agency engagements, and events may have different terms because places, preparation, and delivery are different. The applicable terms will be stated before payment or in your service agreement.

Timing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
